Mathru Foundation is a registered trust in Safilguda, Hyderabad, running a free home for orphaned, blind and disabled children. We provide shelter, food, education and medical support, along with schooling in English or Telugu medium and computer training at home.

About 25 orphaned, blind and disabled children currently live at the Balram Nagar home. Children come from Telangana, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh, including places such as Mysore, Ankola, Channapatna, Shimoga and Raichur.

Children are placed in English or Telugu-medium schools according to their needs and interests. The foundation supports school fees and tuition and provides Braille books and computer training for children who need them.

Mathru Foundation holds 12AB registration (AAHTM7723R23HY01) and 80G approval (AAHTM7723RF20241, valid for assessment years 2025–26 to 2027–28). Donations qualify for a tax deduction under Section 80G.

Yes. Mathru Foundation is registered on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs CSR portal (Form CSR-1, registration number CSR00022788), so companies can route CSR funds to the foundation. Contact us and we will share the documentation your compliance team needs.
